We encourage you to meet us in one of our central London projects so you can see first hand the standard of interior design and fit out that we deliver.
This is the first step in choosing your design and fit out ‘Partner’ this is invaluable for you to share your vision and
for us to determine the scope of the works within your budget. The director that you meet that day will be your single point of contact for the entire duration of the design and fit out project.
We research into your market sector, gain information on standard operational needs and gain additional knowledge of how a company in your sector operates.
We will undertake preliminary research about your company, online media, your goals, your ethos, and corporate culture, to hit the ground running so to speak.
The Brief gets analyzed and enlarged upon to include all operational needs such as main office space allowance, formal and informal meeting spaces, break out areas, casual working spaces and any areas that may have been missed.
We would rather be honest with you from the start, the budget has to be realistic, we only create workspaces that are exceptionally well built, fulfill and exceed the brief and help companies to grow. We do not cut corners and they must stand the test of time.
However our in house design & build team are adept at getting the most out of tight budgets and very creative when showing our clients where to spend and where to save.
At this stage we will have lots of ideas to share with you have a good working knowledge of your company, we will analyze the site and prepare a site analysis highlighting the pros and cons and ways that can make the space really special.
If you haven't chose your site yet, don't worry,
we are happy to visit your proposed sites together and help you choose which building works best first time.
We also offer Pre-Lease Feasibility Studies which save time and money to our clients, on an overly expensive refit.
We come prepared and with a good working knowledge and lots of ideas to share. We will leave with everything we need to start preparing the concept visuals.

This meet we will show you
space plan that shows how staff operate within the office
what areas stimulate work, rest, play, socialize
all the areas collectively and how your new workspace all fits together.
This is a review stage, we will provide
a comprehensive list of all furniture and components
a review of the brief to add/omit any features
a review of the budget to give you a shopping list of where the money will be allocated.
The timescale will be discussed to minimize double rent situations. We pride ourselves on extremely short turnaround times and run 24 hour installs where circumstances permit.

Having listened to your needs and learned everything we can about your company, its culture, brand and image, we will proudly show you photo-realistic visual representations of your new workspace.
This is when in our experience the project ‘comes alive’.
We can show you an accurate visuals of the workspace from many viewpoints. The way the light travels through the space, even the exact view you will have from when you are sat at your own desk.
We can take this even further by guiding you through a 3d walk through which explains how people move within the space. This is totally interactive and you will choose where to walk, what to see and from what angle.
We come from a 20 year fit out background, so If our director can’t imagine making it himself it won’t make the final visuals. We only design what can be built. This allows us to deliver exactly what we draw and what we show to you.
Design Phase & Technical +
Construction Phase & Daily Updates
The technical drawings of the space will be produced ready to give to the project managers and trades. These will include: furniture and fittings exploded diagrams, mechanical services, air conditioning, heating and plumbing & electrical schematics.
Sectional plans and elevations for installation purposes and the schedule of works will be formed for us to mutually approve.
Construction Phase & Daily Updates
And so it begins ...
The site will become a hive of activity, trades working methodically and in unison. Our in house project manager overseeing every element and reporting back
to you daily on progress updates.
We have been using the same main trades people for the last ten years ( due to our construction background ) they are all courteous, highly skilled craftsmen that know the standard has to be remarkable. In addition to the project manager the Remarcable Health & Safety representative will be making regular visits to ensure all standards are met and that the team are working conscientiously.
Handover, Operational Induction +
Maintenance & Guarantee
On handover day our team will be there to celebrate the opening of your new workspace. We will give operational inductions to the staff on how to use the facilities to make sure of a smooth settle in.
But most importantly for us we will be there to record the staffs faces as they enter their new workspace.

Maintenance & Guarantee
We believe in our design and fit out projects and we trust in the quality of our install team because of this our work carries a two year guarantee as standard to give you complete peace of mind.
For the first two years at six month intervals we will pop back to tighten any loose screws so to speak and generally maintain the space. This is included in the service and comes at no extra cost to yourselves. For us It’s always great to see how your team have settled in and enjoying using the space.
Final Budget Reviews
This is a final review of the budget so you know exactly
where your investment is being allocated and the price of every component within the design, including material and installation costs.
This will be provided to you in a clear, open format and will show total transparency. There are no hidden costs with Remarcable, it’s all there in black and white for you to approve.
Contract Sign and H&S Legals
Only when you are delighted with the interior design proposal of your new workspace we will sign the pre - construction contract. The contract that we have had drawn up is an agreement between us that protect both sides equally and which our clients say is very fair. You will be supplied with all of our insurances and copies of any notifiable works that we have applied for with building control and planning permission applications where applicable.
If needed we will meet with your landlord and help you form the license for alteration and check that the lease if formed fairly, looking at aspects such as how the space will need to be left at end of lease. Plus we will take a schedule of condition to protect you in the event of a landlord/tenant dispute. It is details like these that are often missed and unfortunately often costly.
